Margaret Eva Uguroglu, Ph.D.

Dr. Eva's senior level experience in health care, education, research and data analysis brings diverse resources to her position at SSC. Before joining the company, she supervised health and hospital surveys across the Midwest with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census. Dr. Eva spent a number of years in academia at the University of Illinois Medical Center in medical education, publishing articles on instrument design, testing and measurement, and motivation. Prior to this, she designed and implemented the first in-house play testing program for Playskool, Inc, after returning from three years in Turkey as a civilian working with the U.S. Military. Dr. Eva holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis and an M.S. in Evaluation Research from the University of Illinois.
