Mr. Keepper is a leader with vision and a history of renowned success as a chemist and senior executive for more than four decades in the pharmaceutical, electronic, health, and financial industries. He established his most recent company, Secure Service Corp., in 2004 to restore the trust between patient and providers of health care that was once standard of practice, via a unique technological solution that provides for both security and privacy in the health care relationship.
Beginning in 1956, Mr. Keepper's designs and innovations have included developing a number of co-patented processes and technologies; designing and manufacturing engineered products; obtaining FDA approval for a new pharmaceutical product in one year, overseeing the construction and certification of a GMP pharmaceutical plant with a innovative product/process tracking system; founding a company that re-engineered financial instrument lifecycles to provide realtime/online transaction tracking, control and reporting of financial instruments and gift certificates; developing a secure system to print MICR-encoded financial documents that were compliant with the American Bankers Association (ABA), Mr. Keepper has served on number of American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards committees and currently consults in the HIPAA and security/privacy systems industries. Mr. Keepper served in the USMC and attended Lake Forest College.
