Pamela Mitroff has consulted in the areas of public policy, government relations, employee benefits compliance and marketing. As the Director of Health Care and Workers' Compensation Policy at the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce she established the Chamber as the business leader on health care and insurance issues.

She has authored many publications and has edited books on the topics of health care cost management, human resources and workers' compensation compliance. Mitroff is a licensed Illinois insurance producer.
She serves on Illinois' Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. She served on Illinois' Adequate Health Care Task Force. She is Associate Chairman for Employee Benefits of the National Association of Health Underwriters Legislative Council.
She served on the adjunct faculty at National-Louis University where she taught marketing and management courses.
She has her B.A. degree from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois and received her MBA (Marketing) from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.
